BSocSci (Hons) LLB (UCT), LLM (Columbia Law School).
Michael's areas of practice are general public and commercial law, with a particular interest in constitutional, administrative and competition law. Before joining the Bar, Michael served as a law clerk to Justice Edwin Cameron at the Constitutional Court, and later worked as an attorney in the competition law department at ENSafrica. He holds BSocSci (Hons) and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, and an LLM from Columbia Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
