Michael van Kerckhoven was called to the bar in 2017. Prior to his call, Michael practiced as an attorney for eight years (two years articles and six years post admission). Michael also clerked for Judge Satchwell at the Johannesburg High Court for a year prior to serving articles.
Michael’s areas of practice fall within general commercial litigation with a leaning towards company law disputes, insolvency and business rescue, general contractual disputes, unlawful competition, Anton Piller applications, restraints of trade, and administrative law.
