Meghan's areas of practice are general public and commercial law, with a keen interest in constitutional and administrative law as well as public interest litigation. Before joining the Bar, Meghan served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Justice van der Westhuizen's chambers, and as researcher at SAIFAC, a centre of the University of Johannesburg. Meghan has published on constitutional law topics in the SAJHR and Constitutional Court Review.
