Ntokozo’s practice is a mixture of commercial and public law, with particular interests in, among others, constitutional, administrative and regulatory law, contract and company law, commercial arbitrations, competition law and international law. Since joining the Bar, Ntokozo has appeared in numerous prominent cases covering these areas of law.

 

Prior to joining the Bar, Ntokozo was an Associate in a commercial and public law Dispute Resolution team at Webber Wentzel, focusing on a combination of arbitration, litigation, mediation and regulatory proceedings. He was also a Law Researcher for retired Justice Khampepe at the Constitutional Court.

 

Ntokozo holds a Bachelor of Laws (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Webber Wentzel Scholarship); a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford (Rhodes Scholarship); and has completed (with distinction) the coursework component of a Master of Laws from the University of Cape Town (Mandela-Rhodes Scholarship).
