Tshidiso completed his pupillage under the mentorship of Tembeka Ngcukaitobi. Before joining the Bar, Tshidiso worked in the public and private sector. He is also a former clerk to Justice Sisi Khampepe of the Constitutional Court and a former legal officer of the South African Human Rights Commission. At Harvard, Tshidiso was the Managing Executive Editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal. He was also appointed by the Dean to serve on the Task Force on the Academic Community and Student Engagement. Tshidiso also lectured at Wits University.
