Anthony’s work includes general commercial litigation and public law. He has a particular interest in regulatory law, administrative and constitutional law; regularly undertaking public interest litigation in these areas.
Before he was admitted to the Bar he lectured in contract, competition and administrative law at King’s College, London and at Wits University. He has a BCL from Oxford where he focused on the law of evidence, international trade, administrative law and the law of restitution (unjust enrichment). He contributes to a number of publications, including Constitutional Law of South Africa (of which he is a co-editor).
