Peter’s areas of practice are general public and commercial law, with a particular interest in constitutional law, administrative and regulatory law, company law and competition law.
Before joining the Bar, Peter worked as an attorney in the public law department at Webber Wentzel and served as a law clerk to Justice Sisi Khampepe at the Constitutional Court. He holds an LLM from Cambridge University in which he specialised in the law of restitution, competition law, human rights law and the philosophy of law.
