Apart from general commercial litigation, Richard’s areas of interest include constitutional and administrative law, media & defamation, regulated industries and employment law.
Richard has been an advocate and member of Group 621 since 2005. He was previously an attorney and law clerk to Justice Kate O’Regan of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. For a number of years he practised as the in-house counsel for the Constitutional Litigation Unit of the Legal Resources Centre, a public interest law firm based in Johannesburg.
