Andrew has a general commercial practice with a particular focus on administrative and regulatory law, contractual and corporate disputes, competition law and unlawful competition.
Before joining the Bar, Andrew practiced as a litigation attorney for over 10 years at Adams & Adams, where he was a partner. During his time as an attorney, Andrew was involved in a wide variety of cases in various courts, including the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Andrew holds BCom and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria and an LLM from Cambridge University, where he studied information law, advanced English private law, constitutional law and the law of international global governance.
