Prior to being called to the Bar, Douglas practiced as an associate for three years in the dispute resolution department of Bowmans, having completed his articles at the same firm. He also spent a year as a judge’s clerk at the Constitutional Court. Douglas is a Conflict Dynamics and CEDR accredited mediator.
